“In the dining area, a custom round table anchors the space with seating up to ten beneath a statement chandelier by Ochre.”

“Hands down, the bar is our favorite room. It was the homeowner’s baby—his dream space—so getting every detail just right was essential. The finished result is a true reflection of that close collaboration, capturing a moody, eclectic vibe layered with stone, natural woods, and a rich, warm palette.”

“Given their passion for the space, we wanted the bar to feel deeply personal. We incorporated meaningful mementos from their time in Texas. The bar is the centerpiece of the room, but the surrounding lounge is a close runner up with its double height ceilings, cornered walls of glass overlooking the lake, its super-luxe club chairs and an Italian sofa anchoring the space.”

“For the primary bedroom, we wanted to create a sanctuary. The room with its tall windows is perched over the lake below, almost like a treehouse, so we clad the vaulted ceiling in oak – created a soft neutral palette of taupe, ivory, and blush. added textural furnishings and a luxurious alpaca mohair boucle rug for comfort under foot.  The primary bath has a sleek, minimalist feel but is warmed by the travertine porcelain tile and oak cabinetry creating a spa-like feel.”

“We started with the essentials—custom built-ins for storage, finished in a soft blush tone. An organic, kidney-shaped lacquer writing desk from Century Furniture anchors the space. A hand-painted geometric wallpaper from Eskayel ties everything together, adding a subtle, painterly layer to her office.”

“Color, color, color was our vision for the girls’ rooms. When we design children’s rooms, we always consider how a space and needs will grow over time. We want to create something fun, but a room they won’t immediately age out of. In these spaces, Bradley wallcoverings ground each rooms design palettes. One a playful mix of lavenders blues and creams   – the other a 80’s inspired ombre of mint to coral with rounded furnishings.”
