Adding fruit crisps to your assortment is a simple and tasty way to add flair and make your event one to remember. Fresh goat and sheep cheeses are at optimal flavor during the summer, and this chèvre recipe using fresh cherry bits coated with fragrant orange powder by Simple & Crisp is sure to impress friends at any summer soirée – enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:
8 slices of Simple & Crisp Orange
1/4 pound fresh chèvre
8 bing cherries (or your favorite cherry variety)

DIRECTIONS:
Pit cherries and dice into small bits.

Grind Simple & Crisp Orange slices into a powder with a blender.

Combine fresh chèvre with cherry bits and roll into a log (easiest when chèvre is cold).

Place log in refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes, then spread orange powder on a flat surface and roll over the orange powder. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
