On a hot Friday afternoon in July, we’ve got one thing on the brain. Happy hour! Of course, we’re not really into rush hour traffic and then fighting for a table at the neighborhood’s new bar. No, we’ll save that for a leisurely Saturday. On Friday, we want to kick back, take it easy, and start happy hour as quickly as possible. On that note, have you heard of the new line from SKYY Vodka? SKYY Barcraft is officially our new favorite cocktail. And the best part? The  vodkas only require soda and if you ask us, the end result is better than that $12 cocktail down the street. (Seriously.)

Of course, a Rue girl would never be quite that lazy. (Or would we?) Because we wanted to spice it up just a little bit, we’re sharing 3 SKYY Barcraft recipes to enjoy this summer. Which will you try first?
