The world is still reeling from the effects of COVID-19, however design brands are still plugging away at coming up with exciting and creative new collections. It’s not just because it’s June that many of these introductions are products that have been crafted with a focus on nature and the outdoors. The past few months in quarantine have accentuated the restorative properties of connecting with the exterior natural world, even if we are in a 500 square-foot apartment in the middle of a metropolis. From a new vine printed wallpaper from Calico to Georg Jensen’s latest collaboration with Snøhetta featuring a series of steel and terracotta pieces for an indoor garden, each new release blurs the barrier between the interior and exterior.
