We’re just one week away from Coachella! While we’re not attending this year, we love to look to the music festival for summer’s top style trends. (After all, when all of Instagram’s it-girls descend in the desert, you’re sure to see some great looks.) If you’re going and feeling a bit nervous about wardrobe requirements, don’t miss this post from Who What Wear. They’ve got a lot of great ideas!

If you’re in the Bay Area, take note of this event: the Refugees United Artist Collective is hosting a fundraiser to produce the exhibition, I Am Human, which will focus on breaking the stigma of what it means to be a refugee. Find details and tickets here.

Okay, we don’t usually get political around these parts, but this bit of satire had us in tears: I Don’t Need Democracy Because I Have Hygge. BRB — off to light a candle and sip some tea!

The 2017 Design Showcase at the Wattles Mansion in LA is one of the coolest design projects we’ve seen in awhile. The upkeep of the landmark estate is quite expensive, so instead of letting it (literally) fall apart, the Parks & Rec department reached out to the design community instead. It’s Hollywood’s only remaining pre-film industry estate. Get a look inside over on Curbed LA.

Emily Henderson and her team recently ventured to Round Top, Texas for one of the largest flea markets in the US. (You can read about her trip here.) We watched the trip unfold on social media and were so jealous to miss out on so many vintage gems. Imagine our joy when we discovered that she was working with Chairish to bring the sale to us! We have a feeling this event will sell out fast — so click here to get shopping!
