Regardless of the intensity of your next design project, if you are in the Bay area, it’s important that you become acquainted with Anyon Atelier. For those scouting new throw pillows for their sectional, or looking to have a complete revamp of their new home, Anyon is part shop and part design studio. Founder Lindsay Brier brings her impeccable eye (trained through years of architecture school and antiques dealing) to Presidio Heights in San Francisco. Together, with Studio Manager Sarah Sherwood, they have curated a selection of home decor that is anything but mass-market: artwork from talented photographers from around the world, tabletop from American boutique design firms, and pillows by local artisans.

Anyon Atelier has tons of caché; In 2013, Lindsay took advantage of an opportunity to expand her company to both store and design studio when she came across the Victorian style space, adding her own contemporary look to it. But it’s not just the outside that invites you in – her team have put together a collection of objects, furniture, and artwork that act as a fantastic resource for designers and amateurs alike. Whether you are fan of the more contemporary style of Rebecca Atwood’s marbleized pillows or the more traditional vintage Italian gilt settee there is sure to be a treasure you’ll be coveting for your home.
