The best part about Thanksgiving is pumpkin pie for breakfast the next day. This shake is the guilt free version and part of RASA’s Leftovers Challenge, a three-day post-holiday detox happening Monday, November 27 – Wednesday, November 29.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
¼ cup pumpkin puree
2 tbsp coconut butter
2 scoops vanilla protein powder (like Sunwarrior Warrior Blend)
1 thumb sized nub of fresh ginger, peeled (you can use ground ginger, if you’d like)
1 tsp cinnamon
1.5 cups nut milk
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
