Spas in Los Angeles are about as hard to find as Kardashians in the tabloids, but few have the style of the recently opened second location of FACILE in Pasadena, designed by Studio Life.Style in collaboration with FACILE co-founder Danielle Nadick Levy. As FACILE is a combination of a dermatology office, spa and shop, they had to create multiple spaces that suit different needs that all work together. The vision throughout was “a chic, feminine environment with a fresh and elevated take on a dermatology boutique concept.”
Walking in, visitors are greeted by brightly lit, custom shelves showcasing FACILE’s curated selection of skin care products, including from Malin+Goetz, PCA Skin, One Love Organics, Herbivore, Avène, K-beauty favorites and FACILE’S own private label. The reception area houses a one-of-a-kind curved tambour desk with brass detailing, along with two makeup and brow stations are carved into the wall. Fans of FACILE’s first location will feel right at home thanks to signature design elements including the Ben & Aja half-moon mirror and pink poufs by Consort. For those looking for high-tech offerings including microneedling, microinfusions, and vitamin shots, Studio Life.Style created minimalist black-and-white treatment rooms.
But whether you are stopping in for a full afternoon of pampering or just to pick up a favorite product, do not miss a chance to freshen up post-treatment in the powder room. It’s the perfect place to snap the perfect selfie showing off your glowing skin.
