We’ll cut to the chase — this week was unsettling. When it comes to COVID-19 and its rapid spread across the globe, there are still a lot of unknowns. In addition to social distancing and prioritizing the physical health of yourself and your community, we hope that you’re taking good care of your mental health as well.
