Over the last few years, John Robshaw and Duralee have been a dream team. The textile designer’s global viewpoint paired with Duralee’s commitment to quality has resulted in a series of successful fabric collaborations that bring an eclectic elegance to any room. This month, they’re taking their partnership to the next level with a furniture collection. (Yep, you read that right. Furniture! This will be the first licensed collection under Duralee’s in-house furniture line.)
Pulling inspiration from the stamps on Robshaw’s passport, the collection features 18 upholstered pieces. From an ornate four-poster bed to a colorful sofa, each item shows off Robshaw’s signature style in a bold way. The collection has been expertly crafted with quality materials like kiln-dried maple hardwoods and eco-friendly poly and fiber, ensuring function, lasting comfort, and unparalleled style. And in true Duralee form, traditional techniques — like 8-way handtied construction — shine bright throughout the process.
If you’re heading to High Point, this is a collection you simply can’t miss. Be sure to stop by the Duralee Furniture Showroom in InterHall (booth IH102) to get a first look at the exotic yet livable pieces. In the meantime, snag a sneak peek in our slideshow below.
